In order to function, MobiOne requires an Administrator level Windows account. This is necessary to grant the program the access levels needed to connect to devices, identify them and issue the various commands.
If your Windows account is a User only account, you will be prompted to enter the local Administrator account password in order to launch the program.
You will need to raise this with whoever manages account security on your machines if you only have a user account and require administrator access.
