Occasionally you may see an error on a device stating that the setting file cannot be found in the root directory.
The most common reason for this issue is a momentary loss of connection while the app was being pushed to the device. To resolve this, uninstall the MobiOne test app from the device in question and then reconnect it to the machine with MobiOne installed. MobiOne will then push the test app to the device again.
