If when attempting to trust the application in Device Management you receive a warning that the device is unable to verify the application, please check the following:


  1. Check that the device has a data connection, either through a SIM or your WiFi network
  2. Ensure that both the date and time on the device are set correctly. If they are incorrect, iPhone security will not allow an application to verify.


If you have confirmed there is a network connection and that the time and date are correct, please raise a support ticket with the Helpdesk.
