If your iOS device is not being detected by one or more of the applications then, please try the following steps:
- Try connecting the device with a different data cable. If this works it indicates the cable may be faulty.
- Try connecting the device to a different USB port. If this work it indicates the port may be faulty.
- If you are using a powered hub try connecting the device directly to the PC. If this works it indicates the hub may be faulty.
- If the above steps have not resolved the issue, then it may be a driver problem. To check this, open Device Manager on the PC and check that the device is showing correctly. For iOS devices there should be three entries, one under "Portable Devices" and two under "Universal Serial Bus devices":
- If the device has a missing driver then there will be a yellow icon with an exclamation next to the device in one of the sections. Right click and select 'Update Driver' to attempt to re-install correctly.
- If the device does not show at all, then please download and install the latest Apple drivers from the following links: Link 1 and Link 2
- If the device still does not show please raise a support ticket.
