If your Android device is not being detected by one or more of the applications then, please try the following;
Try connecting the device with a different data cable to a different port. This rules out a faulty data connection.
Are you using a powered hub? If so, please try connecting the device directly to the PC.
If the above steps have not resolved the issue, then it may be a driver issue. To check this, open Device Manager on the PC and check that the device is showing correctly.
If it has a missing driver then there will be a yellow icon next to the device. Right click and select 'Update Driver' to attempt to re-install correctly.
