Other Blackberry Unlock Instructions

When you receive your code it will be in one of two formats (depending on your model)

Format 1: A single string of 4 or 5 long numbers

If you receive Format 1, then these are simply 4 or 5 codes that need to be tried. (So when you are asked to enter the unlocking code, you need to try each one, starting with the 1st)

Format 2: Again a string of numbers, but with some identifying letters between them (EG MEP/NCK etc)

If you receive Format 2, then please refer to the table below for your code.

Here’s an example of how your code will break down:

SIM Code = MEP1

NCK Code = MEP2

Subset Code = MEP3

Prov Code = MEP4

Corp Code = MEP5

Note: BlackBerry in 90% of countries will only require the MEP2 code

Also, Please make sure the wireless mode is turned off before attempting to unlock your Blackberry phone

Unlock Method 1 for most BlackBerry models

1. Turn on your phone with a SIM Card not from the original network

2. If the phone asks, enter the PIN code for your SIM Card

3. Next, the phone will ask you to enter your NCK unlocking code*

4. Your BlackBerry phone will now be unlocked

* If after entering code, the MEP box remains, try entering MEP4

9105 Input Instructions

9105 are a strange breed when it comes to entering unlock codes

there are 2 keypad types and one doesnt have an alt button.

what to try first is put a sim in that it wont take and it may simply ask you for the code.

If not then follow this guide:

1. Put a different network sim card

2. Turn on the phone completely

3. Now turn OFF all connection (wifi, mobile etc)

4. Now go to Settings Then Advance Setting Now Go to Sim Card

5. Now Enter MEEP2

Simply Enter MEEP on keypad and for entering 2 follow these steps

The 9105 doesn’t have an ALT key, however you can put it into ALT mode. To activate ALT mode you must do the following: Press the right side Volume keys in the following sequence: up, down, up, down, up. The Alt icon should display in the top left corner of the screen. Note: If you press the Shift key it disables the ALT mode so it’s impossible to enter ALT-SHIFT-H.

6. Now Enter code

7. Phone should be unlocked

Please Note – On most phones you are limited to only 10 attempts, if you run out of attempt you will block the handset which means it could only be reset by a RIM authorised service centre
