Below is a list of Red tiles and their causes.
MOBICHECK FAILED – If you have the MobiCheck workflow block turned ON, the tile will go red.
SIM CARD PRESENT – If you have a SIM card in the device and the SIM card workflow block turned ON, the tile will go red.
FMIP PRESENT – If the device has FMIP present and the FMIP workflow block turned ON, the tile will go red.
ANDROID ACCOUNT PRESENT – If the device has an Android account present and the Account workflow block is turned ON, the tile will go red.
SD CARD PRESENT – If the device has an SD card inserted and the SD card workflow block is turned ON, the tile will go red.
