Managing Staff & Testers


You can add and remove staff members and testers in the MobiCode portal by navigating to USER and then MANAGE STAFF. If you would like your staff members to have their own login to your portal account, you will need a unique email address and password for each staff member. If you just want to create testers for the MobiOne app, you just need to enter the name and job role. 

To add a staff member or tester, click Add New Staff Member. 



For testers in the MobiOne app, simply fill out the top 2 fields and confirm the data, then click Add Staff Member. 


For staff members with a login to your portal account, fill out all fields and then click Add Staff Member.
