Port Configuration

Before you can begin using MobiOne to test devices, you will need to configure your USB ports to let MobiOne know which ports you intend to use for mobile device testing.

To configure the ports, you will require a powered on mobile device with USB data cable. Please do not use a memory stick.

• To start, navigate to settings and then open the Port Configuration tab.
• If you are using a hub, then make sure it is connected to the PC before you move on to the next step.
• Click “Start configuration” in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Connect a device to the first port, and you will see it appear in the list.
• A port that is correctly configured will look like this:
• Repeat for all the ports you intend to use. You can use the same device for each port.
• You MUST click ‘Stop Configuration’ to save your port settings.
