MobiOne is currently designed to work with the following mobile operating systems:
- Android 4.2 and above
- iOS 10 and above
Devices with operating systems lower than these version will not work correctly. If it is possible for you to upgrade the device to a compatible operating system version, please do so.
For devices below these levels, you can use the Manual Testing section on MobiOne to conduct any tests.
To wipe the devices you will need to perform a factory reset on the device itself.
