This guide will aid you in navigating the MobiCode portal. Here you can find information about where to look to find any services or functions you may wish to make use of. The site map will provide a general overview of the layout of the portal and the details below will give further details of what functions are found on each page.

STATISTICS
The statistics tab allows you to view the various activities performed on your account. You can see a breakdown by date of which services have been used, how many times and their cost.
IMEI SERVICES
The IMEI services tab gives access to any services provided using a device IMEI or serial.
IMEI Services > IMEI Services
IMEI services allows you to select from a wide range of services that you may wish to action on up to 10 IMEI numbers at a time. This may include (but is not limited to) FMIP checks, Network checks or Unlocking services.
IMEI Services > Network NUC Requests (Vodafone)
Network NUC requests are used specifically to unlock devices locked to Vodafone by using the IMEI number. Through this service you can unlock up to 100 devices at a time.
IMEI Services > Blacklist Tool
The Blacklist Tool is not currently available to customers so this option should be ignored.
PENDING
The pending tab will show you any outstanding service request still to be completed, such as any outstanding unlocks for example.
ARCHIVE
The Archive tab is where you will search for results of completed service requests or application activity.
Archive > Archive
The Archive shows any activity on your account over the last 6 months. You can search here for any previous service requests such as FMIP checks or unlocks if you need to retrieve results such as unlock codes.
Archive > Archive V2
Archive v2 act the same as the Archive but for any results older than 6 months. Results within Archive v2 are more limited and show less detail than the main Archive.
Archive > MobiOne Activity
Allows you to see any activity that relates specifically to the usage or MobiOne; both the PC and mobile version, and MobiTen.
Archive > MobiCheck Recheck
(No longer used)
Archive > Device Report
The device report page allows you to search for an IMEI and then have returned the device history, listing any activities that have been performed against that particular IMEI, such as blacklist checks, grading results or wipes for example.
Archive > MobiCheck+ Alerts
The MobiCheck+ Alerts log contains details of any network block status change alerts for devices that have been submitted to the MobiCheck+ service.
DOWNLOADS
The Downloads tab is where you can gain access to download MobiCode applications, user manuals or device drivers.
TOPUP CREDITS
Use the Topup Credits tab to add funds to your account. Please note that at this time the only method available to add credits is to raise an invoice for a bank transfer.
LOGS
The Logs tab allows you to review any activity that has taken place on your portal account. This includes any service requests such as unlocks or blacklist checks, as well as financial activity such as topups and refunds.
XML API
The XML API tab is where you can find information how to use APIs and see logs for your API usage.
XML API > API Credentials and Files
Here you can find your account's API credentials as well as supporting documentation relating to the use of APIs with the MobiCode server.
XML API > API Logs
The API logs page shows a list any recent API activity.
HELP
The Help tab gives access to the MobiCode helpdesk so that you can raise support tickets relating to any difficulties you may experience using the portal or our software.
USER
The user tab is where you can manage and view details relating to your account.
User > My Account
Here you can edit your account details, such as the name registered to the account, the company name and address etc.
User > Account Credentials
The account credentials page allows you to change your account password as well as see your login credentials for any MobiCode application that you have access to.
User > Price List
The price list page is where you can find a current, live list of the cost of each of our services.
User > Statement
View any financial activity relating to your account. You can see which services have been used and how they affected your balance, as well as any refunds or balance adjustments.
User > Manage Staff
If your account lets you manage staff, this is where you will find a list of staff set up for your account as well as add or remove staff members.
User > Logout
Logs you out of your account.
