When you see the message "Rejected" (Pending or available in your account) this suggests you have previously attempted to process the IMEI for our unlock service but not confirm the service.
To resolve this, follow the below steps:
1: Click on "List NUC Request"
2: Locate the IMEI whereby the status is "Ticket Created"
3: Click the "Order ID"
4: Agree to T&C's and click Confirm.
This will now process the unlock request for the relevant IMEI/s and stop the "Rejected" message appearing.
