Take-Away Unlocks


For unlocks where the unlock code is not returned fast (Apple, Samsung, Sony etc..) remember to follow the take-away process

 

To do this, simply put the customers email / sms details in the relevant boxes on the imei unlock request page in your log in


  • ‘Customer Email’ – The customers email address
  • ‘Customer Mobile Number’ – The customers mobile number


The customer will receive unlock confirmation and instructions directly without the need to come back into store
