Most of the time this issue is down to the fact the phone is “frozen”.

To unfreeze the phone please follow the defreeze process below.

  1. Insert a non-supported sim card (a box to enter network code should appear)
  2. Enter the 'Defreeze' or 'MCK' code in to the box and click OK (phone will say network unlock unsuccessful) 
  3. Enter the 'Network' or 'NCK' code in to the box and click OK again

This time the phone should say Network Unlock Successful, and the phone should be unlocked
