How to request an unlock by IMEI in MobiCODE


Method 1


1. Log into your MobiCODE Web Portal

2. Click on the HOME tab (you should start here)

3. Enter the IMEI number into the box and click Look Up Device

4. Scroll to the bottom and select the unlock service you need from the dropdown *

5. Fill in the fields on the left with sales category and customer details

6. Click Submit [IMEI]


* If required service not listed please use Method 2 below


Method 2


1. Log into your MobiCODE Web Portal

2. Click the IMEI SERVICES tab

3. Enter the IMEI in the top box

4. Select your unlock service from the services dropdown

5. Select the correct model and sales category from the relevant dropdown boxes

6. Place the customers details in the boxes provided (for take-away unlocks)

7. Click the Order button at the bottom


Your order will now be listed in the archive


If the status is 'open', the order is pending

If the status is 'solved' the order is available

If the status is 'not found', we have been unable to generate an unlock for this imei
